Scope now automatically identifies and assigns the correct patient to your visit after transcription completes. It extracts the patient's name from the conversation, matches it to an existing patient in your roster, or creates a new patient record if one doesn't exist yet. You'll see a "Finding patient..." indicator while it works, and the patient selector updates automatically once assignment is complete. You can always override the selection manually.
After a visit note is generated, you can now ask the chat to create and/or assign patients to a visit.

We pushed an update to allow drag-and-drop reordering of templates. The re-ordering also adjusts the order of the template options in the drop down on the home page. This allows users to easily find the templates that they use the most often.

You can now restore visits and chats after you've deleted them. The undo delete popup stays for 5 seconds allowing you to restore the visit or chat.
The visit list can now be collapsed, and the transcript and chat panels can be resized - so you can set up your workspace however works best for you.
You can now mark a visit as reviewed once you've finalized all your changes to the clinical note
