Need a way to change patients name once I type it in and start recording. I realized I spelled the last name wrong and there was no way to change.

I cannot see an easy way to search for a patient name or prior visit notes. It would be extremely helpful for that feature. Also if the patient names had an option to list them alphabetical vs by order of entry.
