The ability to filter only unreviewed charts on the main page would make it easier when working a shift with multiple patients, such as in the ED

There should be an option to pause the audio dictation and resume at later time - for a given encounter (even if I want to pause several dictations for same patient in different encounters or keep different patient encounters running). Currently we have to finish the encounter, the AI generates the note right away. Later if we resume the dictation, the note generation is very choppy and multiple note template sections are missed in entirety. I have tried creating several rules, still it does not apply the rules consistently every time. This feature is available with Doximity Scribe (if you want to see it first hand).

Add DOB field to Patient list

The AI assistant cannot access the patient details and clinical context information entered on a patient's profile page. This means I have to manually paste information I have already documented into the chat each time I want it incorporated into a note. It would be very helpful if the AI could reference the patient profile when generating or editing notes.

I would like to be able to upload an audio file after I select the client so the history of the client is considered before my note is generated.

I would like my notes to have a title of the client's initials and the date of the session automatically without having to rename the automatic title each time.

Delete all entries for a specific day; confirm by typing "DELETE" or "YES" or a 4 digit code.

When editing a template there's a chance I'll completely screw it up. I'd like to be able to do a 'save as' and create a duplicate template to edit. This way, worst case scenario, I can delete the new template and go back to the original.

solo practitioners ability to utilize/access Scope health EHR features just as the larger group practices/companies. Not that I do appreciate you allowing free access now to current offered features, however during these unprecedented times having one less expense would make me feel grateful/relieved. Especially, if some of us are experiencing financial stains at this time.
