- When i say something like "A Fib on eliquis" to PMH, creatinine of 2.3 to labs, can scope add the information to the respective side headings. I only use CC, HPI, PMH, Labs. basically pooling the data to the 4 tabs mentioned above.
- I want to dictate my own assessement and plan. can scope just type A&P as dictated? otherwise editing scopes assessemnt & plan is too laborious, many times not accurate or fits my plan.

Hi Ravi Jayanti, we recently added a dictation-style template to our global template library: https://app.scopehealth.com/templates/library/8f2e6fba-b24c-4926-9dbe-643efeca018e. This template generates a note verbatim from your dictation, similar to how a tool like Dragon would.
