additional sorting options for the patient list, by first name, last name, DOS, new patients. Archiving reviewed notes would be nice or maybe a file system based on patient since those notes can be referenced.. also when it syncs the schedule it's not reading the time of the appointment right. everyone is scheduled at the same time.
