Automatic Regenerate note after resuming and ending a recording

When I resume recording and click finish/stop the note doesn't incorporate all the new recording until I manually tell it to regenerate the note.

I agree wholeheartedly...This is a BIG time suck and would improve functionality of Scope if the record did not need to be regenerated after any addition of detail to the discussion.

Yes, this is also true for me and means that I spend extra time making sure the A/P has incorporated the "new" information.
