No pre-generation workflow enforcement. Before generating a note, if the AI automatically searched the patient's prior visit notes and pulled forward (e.g.) unresolved items (pending labs, prior summaries, open action items). Currently this step must be manually prompted every session, and it is missed more often than not. We need an automated pre-generation trigger: run prior note search, confirm rules applied, then generate. Without it, every note requires a correction pass after the fact.
