It does post the start time of the visit under visit title. However, that time is not accessible for note generation. The duration and start/end times are used for things like appropriate billing coding - it would be nice if the AI is able to recognize start/end time of the visit and put a "timestamp" within the note.

Ihor Korol: Hi Ihor, we added the duration of the visit to the instructions for the AI. So now the note generation and the chat are aware of it!

Ashank Tomar Appreciate adding the duration, however start/end times are as important as well for instances where billing is by time. It would be nice to have that feature as well.

Ihor Korol: You can see the start time of the visit if you hover over the duration in the bottom bar. Is there a particular reason you need the end time of the visit in addition to the start time and duration? Are there different billing tiers based on the time of day when the visit starts and ends?

Ashank Tomar For some states Medicaid requires that documentation must include “Beginning and ending times for each counseling session or test administered.” Going into details below:
Code Typical label Billable psychotherapy time
90832 30-minute individual psychotherapy 16–37 minutes
90834 45-minute individual psychotherapy 38–52 minutes
90837 60-minute individual psychotherapy 53 or more minutes
90833 / 90836 / 90838 Psychotherapy add-on with E/M Same time bands as above, but psychotherapy time must be counted separately from E/M time
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services states these psychotherapy codes are time-based, the time is face-to-face with the patient, and the patient must be present for all or part of the service.

Hi SK, are you referring to the timestamps not showing up in transcript tab or somewhere else?
